SNOW HAPPENS, and so do Christmas present mishaps. Little Billy was accidentally left off the list. Little Mary was destined for coal but made a significant behavioral turnaround between Halloween and Thanksgiving and now qualifies for an upgrade. The package that was supposed to arrive on time took an unexpected detour outside of Tulsa. It hasn't been heard from since.
