On Monday night, the Good Sport team held a late afternoon meeting to discuss the upcoming OOFOS OOMG evening event, scheduled for next Tuesday (May 16) at the Good Sport.
The OOFOS patented
In case you haven't heard, the OOMG is OOFOS new fully closed shoe which features the company's patented footbed design. The incredibly cool (and comfortable shoe) is currently available in women's sizes. The male version will launch in Spring 2018. To our pleasant surprise, not only did OOFOS, Manager, Strategic Channel Development, Darren Brown attend the meeting, but his wife Sarah Bowman Brown and their 14-month daughter Abigail also joined our brainstorming session.
In case you are unfamiliar with the Brown family's story, Sarah is an Olympic-caliber runner who trains with her husband/coach Darren. While preparing for the Olympic trials, in September 2015, Sarah discovered that she was pregnant with daughter Abigail. Confronted with the dilemma of motherhood versus her athletic career, Sarah elected to do both.
